New
Assembly and Test Facility

In
answer to the growing demands of the industry, we have invested in a
new, dedicated oil & gas assembly and test facility to
complement
our existing manufacturing capability.
Due to continued and anticipated
demand we have expanded both assembly and test in to a purpose built
facility on our existing site. We have also increased the size of our
clean room 10,000 facility which has again been successfully audited
and certified.

The
new test facility has an approved 30,000psig pressure test unit with a
chart recorder all housed in an ‘explosion proof’
shelter.
There is a
remote camera to safely view inside the rig while all the controls and
instruments are mounted externally.
In
addition to the above, Rimor also have a Rotex 14L/M hydraulic flushing
unit; a Dynex 55L/M hydraulic flushing rig with variable flow and
pressure, and a Pall particle counter PCM 400 monitor. In addition,
Rimor have developed various assembly and fitting jigs with particular
emphasis on the Oil & Gas markets.
