Due to continued and anticipated demand we have expanded both assembly and test in to a purpose built facility on our existing site. We have also increased the size of our clean room 10000 facility which has again been successfully audited and certified. The new test facility has an approved pressure test unit with a chart recorder all housed in an explosion proof shelter. There is a remote camera to safely view inside the rig while all the controls and instruments are mounted externally. In addition to the above, Rimor also have a Rotex 14L/M hydraulic flushing unit and a Dynex 55L/M hydraulic flushing rig with variable flow and pressure and a Pall particle counter PCM 400 monitor. In addition, Rimor have developed various assembly and fitting jigs with particular emphasis on the Oil and Gas markets.
