At Rimor, we sponsor our own Apprenticeship programme away from the
bright lights of any TV!? Together with our other investments for the
future, we are currently supporting two mechanical/manufacturing
specialist Apprentices with a plan to recruit further apprentices this
summer.
Nathan Suter
We are pleased to announce that both existing apprentices, Nathan Suter
and Shane Smith have consistently maintained the highest level of
achievement in both their practical training and studies at NVQ Level
3. Their UK top quartile rating is an excellent result and reflects
their commitment and hard work.
Both Nathan and Shane will further their qualifications by studying for
their HNC in Mechanical and Production Engineering at College in
September, alongside which, they will continue their Apprenticeship
Programme at Rimor.
We continue to invest in our people for the future and understand that
unit production cost, although very important, should no longer be the
only consideration for those seeking a manufacturing partner. We have
two great engineers in the making and it's a pleasure to see them
develop and already making a contribution to the business and
ultimately you, the customer. |
